摘 要:目的探讨混合式教学在医学本科生临床技能实习中的应用效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年3月在武汉大学中南医院实习的120名医学本科生纳入研究,行数字双盲法分为对照组和研究组,分别给予常规教学、混合式教学,对比两组学习动机、临床理论知识和实践技能考核成绩、带教工作质量及带教工作满意度。结果研究组带教后的学习动机评分包括外生动机与内生动机评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床理论知识(43.25±5.00)分和实践技能考核成绩包括迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)评分(58.25±1.05)分、临床操作技能评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)评分(92.27±7.14)分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教工作质量评分(85.54±5.22)分、带教满意度(96.00%)均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学本科生临床技能实习中,采用混合式教学的带教效果理想,能够提升医学生的学习动机,加深学生对临床理论知识的认识,培养其临床实践技能,提高带教工作满意度,该带教方法在临床带教工作中具有积极借鉴意义。Objective To explore the application effect of Hybrid Teaching in clinical skill practice of medical undergraduates.Methods A total of 120 medical undergraduates who practiced in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2020 to March 2021 were included in this study.They were divided into control group and research group by digital double-blind method.They were given routine teaching and mixed teaching respectively.The learning motivation,clinical theoretical knowledge and practical skill assessment scores,teaching quality and teaching job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning motivation,including exogenous motivation and endogenous motivation,in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical theoretical knowledge(43.25±5.00)points and practical skills assessment,including mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)score(58.25±1.05)points and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)score(92.27±7.14)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching quality(85.54±5.22)points and teaching satisfaction(96.00%)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical skills internship of medical undergraduate students,the application of blended teaching has an ideal teaching effect.It can improve the learning motivation of medical students,deepen their understanding of clinical theoretical knowledge,cultivate their clinical practice skills,and improve their satisfaction in teaching work.The teaching method has positive reference significance in clinical teaching work.
