摘  要:目前我国城乡教育差距问题依然存在,成为影响教育公平的主要因素之一。随着数字技术的发展与应用,教育数字化转型对教育创新和变革的价值日益凸显,为实现城乡教育公平提供了可实施的途径。因此,研究分析了我国城乡教育差距表征,以现实问题为切入点阐述教育数字化转型在解决教育公平、缩小城乡教育差距中的价值体现。通过构建教育服务供给新生态,发挥数字技术促进学生学习方式转变,提供智力、资源、环境、数据等服务供给的作用,提出教育数字化转型助推城乡教育公平的实施路径,以加速实现教育更加包容、公平、高质量发展。Educational equity is the extension and embodiment of social equity in the field of education,and it is an important force for promoting social equity.Currently,the problem of the urban-rural education gap in China remains unresolved and has become one of the main factors restricting educational equity.With the development and application of digital technology,the value of educational digital transformation for educational innovation and change is increasingly prominent,providing feasible ways to achieve educational equity between urban and rural areas.Therefore,this study analyzes the causes of the urban-rural education gap in China and elaborates on the value of educational digital transformation in narrowing the gap and promoting educational equity,taking the real problem as the starting point.By welfare benefits,and mental health and the number of years of postdoctoral experience jointly affect job satisfaction.Gender,fertility status,and whether they are the same organization as a doctoral student play a moderating role in the mechanism that affects postdoctoral job satisfaction.In order to continuously optimize and improve the postdoctoral system,it is necessary to activate interest and efficiency resources,focus on development and security resources,attach importance to life balance resources,optimize welfare and treatment resources,and pay attention to mental health resources based on individual characteristics,in order to comprehensively enhance the satisfaction of postdoctoral work.
