摘  要:目的探讨导师制联合PDCA教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)过程中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月期间在陕西省人民医院麻醉科参加培训的住院医师40名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用导师制+PDCA教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。培训结束时对住院医师进行考核,分为理论考核、三站式临床技能考核及教学相关问卷调查3部分,对比分析两组的教学效果。结果观察组的理论成绩、临床操作技能成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对于改进教学形式、激发学习兴趣、完善学习流程等方面的总体满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制联合PDCA教学法能够有效提高麻醉科住院医师的临床思维能力、临床操作技能及教学满意度,为提高住培质量提供了新思路,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of the tutorial system combined with PDCA teaching method in the standardized training process of resident physicians in the anesthesiology department.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,40 resident physicians who participated in standardized training in the Department of Anesthesiology,Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group adopted the tutorial system+PDCA teaching method,and the control group used traditional teaching method.At the end of the training,the residents were assessed,which was divided into three parts:theory assessment,three-stop clinical skills assessment and teaching-related questionnaire surveys.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The theoretical scores,clinical operating skills scores,and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system combined with PDCA teaching method can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,clinical operation skills and teaching satisfaction of resident anesthesiologists.It provides new ideas for improving the quality of standardized training of resident physicians and is worthy of promotion.
