摘  要:集团化办学是推动区域教育优质均衡发展的重要举措。中国农业科学院附属小学是北京市一所享有较高社会声誉的优质学校,2015年根据海淀区推进区域教育均衡发展的需要,从一所学校拓展并创建了一校五址的教育集团。为发挥集团化办学优势,促进教育优质均衡发展,中国农业科学院附属小学教育集团循序渐进,历经了融合、均衡、提质三个阶段,最终实现了资源共享、优势互补及跨校区协同发展。Running schools by educational groups is an important measure to promote the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.The Chinese Academy of Agriculture Sciences Elementary School is of high-quality with a high social reputation in Beijing.In 2015,in accordance with the need of Haidian District to promote balanced development of regional education,it has expanded from one school and established an education group with five locations.In order to give full play to the advantages of collectivization in running schools and promote the high-quality and balanced development of education,the group has gradually undergone three stages of integration,balance,and quality improvement,and finally achieved resource sharing,complementary advantages,and coordinated development across campuses.
