摘  要:精神病学教学中仍以传统讲授式教学为主,不利于学生能力的培养,已不能满足医学人才培养的要求,随着互联网和现代教育技术的发展,基于MOOC的混合式教学模式成为当代教育教学技术发展的新动向,在高等医学教育中逐渐得到推广和应用。本研究依托于精神病学黑龙江省线上线下混合式一流课程建设成果,以精神病学重要知识精神分裂症章节为例,对如何在精神病学教学中开展混合式教学实践进行详细描述,并对开展精神病学混合式教学过程中形成的特色进行总结归纳。本研究在混合式教学设计和实践中的探索和经验,可以为其它高校开展混合式教学改革提供借鉴参考。The teaching of psychiatry is still dominated by the traditional teaching style,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students'ability and can no longer meet the requirements of medical talent training.With the development of the Internet and modern educational technology,the blended teaching mode based on MOOC has become a new trend in the development of modern education and teaching technology,and has been gradually promoted and applied in higher medical education.This study is based on the achievements of the construction of the first-class online and offline blended courses in Heilongjiang Province of psychiatry,taking the chapter of Schizophrenia,an important knowledge of psychiatry,as an example,to describe in detail how to carry out blended teaching practice in psychiatry teaching,and to summarize the characteristics formed in the process of carrying out blended teaching in psychiatry.The exploration and experience in blended teaching design and practice in this study can provide reference for other universities to carry out blended teaching reform.
