摘  要:目的 探讨解剖学与影像学相结合以问题为基础的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)在骨科专业基地培训中的应用,评价其可行性及有效性。方法 对54名2019年6月至2020年12月参加骨科专业基地的住院医师分别采用解剖学与影像学相结合的PBL教学法(观察组)及传统教学方法(对照组)进行培训,比较其出科考核成绩;并向观察组发放问卷,调查其对解剖学与影像学相结合PBL教学法的评价及满意度。结果 两组住院医师在年龄、性别、学历及入科前住培年度考核成绩无差别(P> 0.05);观察组住院医师出科理论考核成绩及总成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.05);观察组住院医师均完成调查问卷,结果显示该方法在提高住院医师影像诊断思维能力、提高自主学习能力和积极性、加深对知识理解三个方面获得的满意度最高。结论 解剖学与影像学相结合的PBL教学法具有较强可行性及新颖性,满意度高,可使住院医师在短期内系统迅速地熟悉骨科疾病特点,并提高其主动学习及分析解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the existing problems in orthopedics teaching,and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of PBL teaching method combining with anatomy and imaging.Methods From June 2019 to December 2020,fifty-four residents who participated in the standardized training of our orthopedic base were taught by PBL combined with anatomy and imaging(observation group)and traditional teaching method(control group),and their examination results were compared.Questionnaires were sent to the observation group to investigate their satisfaction of PBL teaching method combined with anatomy and imaging.Results No statistic differences were found in age,gender,educational background and annual examination results before admission to the department between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group achieved higher theoretical and final scores than the control group(P<0.05).The residents in observation group completed the questionnaires.The method achieved the highest satisfaction in three aspects:improving the residents'thinking ability of imaging diagnosis, improving their self-learning ability and enthusiasm, and deepening their understanding of knowledge.Conclusion The PBL teaching method combining anatomy and imaging has strong feasibility, novelty and highsatisfaction. It can help residents get familiar with the characteristics of orthopedic diseases systematically andquickly in a short period of time, and improve their ability of active learning, analysis and problem solving.
