教师教育一体化背景下师范生职前培养与职后发展有效衔接的策略研究

摘　　要：师范生培养的理论和实践创新及在职教师专业发展与职后培训模式创新,是推进教师教育一体化建设的重要途径。如何缩短师范生专业成长周期,保障教师职前职后专业发展无缝对接,迫切需要高师院校在师范生职前培养及职后衔接上有更多的创新探索与实践。笔者以湖北师范大学化学专业为例,介绍卓越教师计划项目实施过程中基于高师院校对接师范生培养与在职教师发展路径与策略的案例,以期为当今高师院校师范生的培养及教师教育一体化建设模式提供参考和借鉴。If the integration of teacher education is a bridge,its two piers are the theory and practice of the training of normal university students and the development of in-service teachers.However,how to build a strong and spacious bridge between the two piers to ensure teachers’smooth career development needs more exploration and practice in normal universities.Based on the Excellent Teacher Program in normal universities and taking chemistry as an example,this paper introduces a case study on strategies of normal student cultivation linked up with in-service teachers’development.
