对快速提高新手教师中文教学水平的若干建议

摘　　要：毋庸置疑,新手中文教师教学水平不是一朝一夕就能显著提高的。一般来说,教师需要经历理论学习、摸索与实践、反思和再实践,直至有所创新,这是一个长期过程。这一过程的长短和顺利与否,与教师本人的专业基础、工作态度、工作环境以及个人性格等诸多因素密不可分。帮助新手中文教师在参加工作之初就尽快进入角色,努力缩短他们从新手教师到学生基本满意的合格教师再到优秀教师这一过程的时间,我认为至少可以从如下这些方面着手。Undoubtedly,teaching skills cannot be significantly improved for novice Chinese teachers overnight.It is generally a long process,involving repeated theoretical studies,practices,experiments,and reflections,before they finallybecome independentand innovative teachers.The efficiency and effect of this process vary,depending on the teachers professional competence,work ethics,working environment,personal character,and many other factors.For the purpose to help accelerate this process,I think we can at least start with the following steps.
