摘  要:目的评价日常摄入含有益生菌(Lactobacillus gasseri OLL2716,LG21乳酸菌)的酸奶,对具有功能性消化不良症状人群的症状改善效果。方法从社区居民中筛选具有功能性消化不良症状的人群为研究对象,采用自身前后对照的设计,观察比较研究对象在饮用含有LG21乳酸菌的酸奶16周、180 g/d后功能性消化不良症状的改善情况。结果共纳入有功能性消化不良症状者235人,在饮用含有LG21乳酸菌的酸奶(110.12±5.13)天后,研究对象的消化道症状发生率(43.8%)低于干预前(100.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=130.008,P<0.001)。干预前后,研究对象各项消化道症状得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),中上腹烧灼样不适及早饱不适感的平均改善率达79.7%、81.4%。结论含有LG21乳酸菌的酸奶可能可以改善功能性消化不良症状。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of daily consumption of yogurt containing the beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus gasseri OLL2716(LG21 probiotic)on symptom improvement in individuals with functional dyspepsia.Methods Participants with functional dyspepsia were selected from a community population and included in a self-controlled design study.Changes in functional dyspepsia symptoms after 16 weeks and 180 g/d of LG21 probiotic yogurt consumption were observed and compared,and the effect of LG21 probiotic yogurt on improving functional dyspepsia symptoms was analyzed.Results A total of 235 individuals with functional dyspepsia were included.After 110.12±5.13 days of LG21 probiotic yogurt consumption,the incidence of digestive symptoms in the participants(43.8%)was significantly lower than before intervention(100.0%)(χ^(2)=130.008,P<0.001).Before and after intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of various digestive symptoms(all P<0.05),with an average improvement rate of 79.7% and 81.4% for epigastric burning discomfort and early satiety,respectively.Conclusions Yogurt containing LG21 probiotic may be effective in improving symptoms of functional dyspepsia.
