摘　　要：为解决职业院校劳动教育途径单一、内涵匮乏、与企业和社会的实际需求相脱节的问题,从职业院校开展劳动教育校企共育模式的必要性出发,分析劳动教育中存在的问题,探索开展劳动教育的校企共育模式方法,丰富校企共育模式劳动教育的实践内容,进而提高劳动教育的规范性,塑造德智体美劳全面发展的综合性人才。In order to solve the problems of single approach,lack of connotation,and disconnection with the actual needs of enterprises and society in vocational institutes'labor education,this paper analyzes the existing problems in labor education from the necessity of carrying out school-enterprise cooperation mode of promoting labor education in vocational institutes,explores the mode and methods,and enriches the practical content of the mode,so as to improve the standardization of labor education,and cultivate comprehensive talents with all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit.
