职业教育现代学徒制运行机制研究与实践——以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例

摘　　要：作为人才培养的一种重要方式,现代学徒制的出现给职业教育带来了很大的便利。它是从企业人才需求的角度出发,通过企业和学校相互合作的方式,对当下学生进行职业教育。为了更好地实现这方面教学,本文以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例,对这种教学方式进行了详细的分析,并在此基础上提出一些重要的保障措施。期望通过这些措施实行可以给实际教学活动开展带来实质性的帮助。As an important way of talent training,the modern apprenticeship has brought great convenience to vocational education.From the perspective of enterprise talent demand,it conducts vocational education for current students through mutual cooperation between enterprises and schools.In order to better realize this aspect of teaching,this paper takes the urban rail transit operation management specialty as an example,analyzes this teaching method in detail,and puts forward some important safeguard measures on this basis.It is expected that the implementation of these measures can bring substantial help to the actual teaching activities.
