摘　　要：建设一支高素质教师队伍是高校不断发展的前提,而抓好师德师风建设是建设高素质教师队伍的关键。高校应引导教师成为先进思想文化的传播者、党执政的坚定支持者,以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,培养高素质人才。文章基于当前高校艺术院系师德师风建设所面临的问题及原因,通过思想意识、教书育人、艺术特色等建设途径深入探索高校艺术院系师德师风建设的有效方案及措施,以推动高校师德师风建设迈上新台阶。Building a high-quality teaching team is a prerequisite for the continuous development of universities,and focusing on the construction of teacher ethics and style is the key to building a high-quality teaching team.Colleges and universities should guide teachers to become disseminators of advanced ideology and culture,as well as staunch supporters of the Party's governance,to establish themselves with morality,to learn with morality,and to teach with morality,in order to cultivate high-quality talents.Based on the current problems and reasons faced by the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in art departments of universities,this article explores effective solutions and measures for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in art departments through ideological awareness,teaching and education,and artistic characteristics,in order to promote the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in university art departments to a new level.
