摘 要:针对工业机器人在线编程效率低、直接上机操作风险大等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟仿真的机器人实验教学方法,设计了一个用工业机器人完成模拟机床上下料的实验和一套用于工业机器人实验的实验教学平台,给出了一个基于FANUC ROBOGUIDE 9.1软件的虚拟仿真方案和一个以FANUC LR Mate 200 iD型工业机器人为操作对象的实践解决方案。这种仿真与实践相结合的教学方法大大提高了实验效率,使学生可通过计算机软件进行预操作、预演练,在实际操作机器人之前就能充分了解并掌握其使用方法和调试技术,增加了实验灵活性。Aiming at the problems of industrial robots,including low efficiency of online programming and high risk of operating robot directly,a robot experimental teaching method based on virtual simulation is put forward,an experiment of simulating loading and unloading in machine tool and a set of experimental teaching platform for industrial robot experiment are designed,a virtual simulation scheme based on Fanuc RoboGuide 9.1 software and a practical solution based on Fanuc LR Mate 200 iD industrial robot are presented.This teaching method,which combines simulation and practice,greatly improves the experimental efficiency,and enables students to pre-operate and rehearse the robot through computer software,so that they can fully understand and master its use methods and debugging techniques before actually operating the robot,increasing the flexibility of the experiment.
