摘  要:教师德育能力在微观世界关乎课堂育人质量,在中观世界关乎基础教育课程改革成效,在宏观世界关乎立德树人、人的现代化与中国式现代化的实施进程。新时期,中小学教师高水平专业化德育能力已经成为构建高质量教育体系最深沉、最基础的价值支点和动力源泉。教师德育能力的内涵与结构既具有普遍性又具有时代性,承担着塑建学生道德生命、价值世界和伦理能力的育人功能。审视当前中小学教师的德育能力,存在与基础教育课程改革和高质量教育体系构建脱节的事实性弱化态势,造成深层次教育隐忧。基于教师专业伦理的资源供给、课程育人与教育性教学的时代优化、教师学习力与研究力的动力激活,应当成为教师德育能力专业发展的纾困策略。In the micro world,teachers' moral education ability is related to the quality of classroom education,in the middle world,it is related to the effect of basic education curriculum reform,and in the macro world,it is related to the moral cultivation,human modernization and the implementation process of Chinese-style modernization. In the new era,high level professional moral education ability of primary and secondary teachers has become the deepest and most basic value fulcrum and power source of building a high-quality education system. The connotation and structure of teachers' moral education ability is both universal and epochal. It assumes the education function of shaping students' moral life,value world and ethical ability. The moral education ability of primary and secondary school teachers at present has a factual weakening trend that is disconnected from the curriculum reform of basic education and the construction of high-quality education system. The resource supply based on teacher professional ethics,the time optimization of curriculum education and educational teaching,and the dynamic activation of teachers' learning ability and research ability should be the rescue strategies for the professional development of teachers' moral education ability.
