国内外儿科医师培养模式的比较与经验借鉴

摘　　要：我国与世界其他国家在儿科医师的培养上存在明显的差别。由于儿科医师短缺,我国2016年起儿科专业恢复本科招生,但儿科医师的执业困境并未明显改善。而美澳等国家在儿科医师缺乏的情况下并未在医学院设置儿科专业或者扩招,不仅保证了医师质量,也有利于保持社会对儿科医师的信任感,是良好医患关系的前提。同时国外临床医学学位具有一致性,有利于保证医师的公信力和医疗资源分配的公平性。文章比较了我国和其他国家在儿科医师的门槛、学历、选择成为儿科医师的时机等方面的一些差异。根据国外医学教育的成熟经验,建议我国相关部门取消儿科本科招生,根据需求严格控制招生人数,避免滥招带来的医师公信力下降,并提高儿科医师待遇水平,增强职业吸引力。There is obvious difference between China and other countries in the training modes of pediatricians.For the lack of pediatricians,China's pediatric majors have resumed undergraduate enrollment since 2016.However,the dilemma of pediatricians'practice has still not been improved.On the contrast,the United States,Australia and other countries haven’t set up pediatric specialties in medical schools or expanded enrollment when they are in need of pediatricians as well,because this not only ensures the quality of physicians,but also helps to maintain the trust of society in pediatricians,which may be the premise of a good doctor-patient relationship.Meanwhile,foreign clinical medical degrees are uniform,which is conducive to ensuring the credibility of physicians and the fairness of medical resources allocation.The article compares difference between China and other countries in terms of the threshold of enrollment,degrees and the time chosen to become a pediatrician.According to the mature experience of foreign medical education,it is recommended that the relevant departments in China cancel the enrollment of pediatric undergraduates,strictly control the number of enrollment according to demand,avoiding the decline in the credibility of physicians due to the indiscriminate recruitment,as well as improve the treatment of pediatricians for the sake of boosting occupational attractiveness.
