摘 要:目的探究Seminar教学法联合客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)考核模式在血液内科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7月—2021年8月首都医科大学本科临床实习生120名,按随机数字表法分为两组,各60名。对照组实施传统教学模式,通过OSCE考核系统对教学效果进行评估。观察组实施Seminar教学法联合OSCE考核模式。比较两组考核成绩及相关问卷调查评分。结果两组基础理论知识笔试考核比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组OSCE考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);协调沟通能力、学习兴趣、主动学习能力、语言表达能力、理论知识掌握、临床思维能力、学习主动性、教学满意度、查阅文献组织材料的能力、师生关系、分析解决问题能力及团队合作意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Seminar教学法联合OSCE考核模式能够增进师生交流,调动学生学习积极性,利于提升血液内科教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment mode in the teaching of hematology.Methods A total of 120 undergraduate clinical interns in Capital Medical University from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode and evaluated the teaching effect through the OSCE assessment system.Seminar teaching method combined with OSCE assessment mode was implemented in the observation group.The results of the two groups were compared and the scores of the relevant questionnaire survey were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the written examination of basic theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).The OSCE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of coordination and communication ability,learning interest,active learning ability,language expression ability,theoretical knowledge mastery,clinical thinking ability,learning initiative,teaching satisfaction,the ability to access literature and organize materials,teacher-student relationship,problem analysis and solution ability and team cooperation consciousness were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Seminar teaching method combined with the OSCE assessment mode can enhance the communication between teachers and students,mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning,and help to improve the teaching effect of hematology,and has clinical application value.
