摘 要:文化自信有助于商科人才以“全球公民”的身份积极融入价值创造与价值分享全过程,但传统商科教育重视理论与方法的传授,忽视特定文化背景下课程的育人旨趣,从而导致商科人才个体价值选择与社会变迁之间出现了断层。因此,有必要深度挖掘商科课程中的思想政治元素,以其实践指向性与社会交互性分融合为切入点,以全人发展为导向,构建新商科“课程思政”育人生态;以文化自信为驱动,提升学生参与全球竞争的主体意识与文化认同感;以实践平台建设为契机,推进学生由“岗位人”向“社会人”的转轨。Self-Confidence of culture helps talents of new business actively participate in the whole process of value creation&sharing as global citizen.However,traditional business education pays much more attention to theories and methodologies rather than to the intent of courses in specific culture context.Consequently,the personal selection of new business is seriously apart from social transition.Exploring the ideological and political elements embedded in the course of new business,and focusing on the integration of practical orientation and social interaction,it is advisable to construct the educational ecology of curriculum ideology&politics,to drive by cultral confidence,to foster student's subject consciousness and the sense of culture in participating in the global competitions,as well as to prompt the transition of students from post person to social person by means of the construction of practical platform.
