摘　　要：高水平师资队伍建设是“双高计划”的重要任务之一,关乎高职院校的育人水平和发展质量,在此背景下,本文从强化师德师风建设、加快“双师型”教师队伍建设、高度重视教师教学能力大赛和积极投身精品课程建设四个方面入手,探索行之有效的实践路径,助力高职教育高质量发展。High-level faculty construction is one of the important tasks of the"Double High-Quality Plan",which is related to the education level and development prospects of higher vocational colleges.In order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,this paper explores four effective practical paths:strengthening the construction of teachers'morality and teaching styles,accelerating the construction of"dual-qualification"teachers,attaching great importance to the teaching ability competition and requiring active participation in the construction of high-quality courses,
