摘 要:以湖北海棠叶为原料提取多酚。以多酚得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化多酚提取工艺,并研究不同有机萃取物的多酚抗氧化活性。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶20(g/mL)、提取温度70℃、提取时间60 min、乙醇体积分数70%,在此条件下多酚得率为45.24%;乙酸乙酯萃取样品的多酚抗氧化活性最好,其DPPH·和ABTS^(+)·清除率的IC_(50)分别为0.05、0.47 mg/mL。Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehder leaves were used as raw material to extract polyphenols,and the polyphenol yield was used as an index to optimize the polyphenol extraction process by response surface methodology based on a single factor test,and the antioxidant activity of polyphenols from differ⁃ent organic extracts was investigated.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were the rati⁃o of material to liquid 1∶20(g/mL),extraction temperature 70℃,extraction time 60 min,ethanol vol⁃ume fraction 70%.Under these conditions,the yield of polyphenols was 45.24%.The antioxidant ac⁃tivity of polyphenols extracted with ethyl acetate was the best,and the IC_(50) of DPPH·and ABTS^(+)·scavenging rates was 0.05 and 0.47 mg/mL,respectively.
