摘 要:目的 分析标准化病人(SP)联合以问题为中心的教学模式(PBL)应用在实习护生中的效果。方法 选取郑州卫生健康职业学院70名实习护生(2020年1月至2022年6月),依照教学方式不同分为两组,对照组(35例)接受传统教学法,观察组(35例)接受SP联合PBL的教学法,比较两组考核成绩、教学质量、实习前后心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)、综合能力自我评价、教学效果。结果 观察组笔试、实操、总分成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理操作、病情观察、病历书写、查体能力评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实习后,两组SCL-90评分均较实习前升高,但观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组文献查阅、自主学习兴趣、临床诊疗思维、临床沟通技巧、知识掌握度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组在是否有利于提高知识理解及掌握程度、提高学习意识、建立良好护患关系、培养临床思维能力、培养团队精神、提高自主学习能力问题方面的认可率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 SP联合PBL的教学法应用于实习护生,能提高其考核成绩、教学质量、综合能力,减少心理症状,且教学效果评价高。Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized patient(SP)combined with problem-centered teaching model(PBL)in nursing students in our hospital.Methods 70 nursing practice students(from January 2020 to June 2022)in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The control group(35 cases)received the traditional teaching method,and the observation group(35 cases)received the SP combined with PBL teaching method.The assessment results,teaching quality,self-rating Scale of mental state symptoms before and after practice(SCL-90),self-evaluation of comprehensive ability and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The written test,practical exercise and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of disease observation ability,nursing operation ability,medical record writing ability and physical examination ability in the observation group were higher(P<0.05);After practice,SCL-90 scores of both groups were higher than those before practice,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of literature review ability,self-learning interest,clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking ability,clinical communication skills and knowledge understanding ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of whether it was beneficial to improve knowledge understanding and mastery,stimulate learning interest,improve nursing and patient communication ability,cultivate clinical thinking ability,cultivate team spirit and improve autonomous learning ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP combined with PBL in practice nursing students can improve their test scores,teaching quality,comprehensive ability,reduce psychological symptoms,and the teaching effect evaluation is high.
