摘  要:基于角色理论的视角,发现实际情境中家长的角色认知、角色行为及角色学习均与理想家庭教育中的角色要求有所偏离。对此,需要结合家庭教育中家长角色的问题表征,从以下方面探寻家长角色的转变路径,以此来实现家长教育角色的重塑:在家长的角色认知上,要强化家长角色意识、转变家庭教育观念;在角色行为上,要规整社会舆论环境、改进家长角色评价;在角色学习上,要构建家长教育课程、贯通家长学习路径;在角色规范上,要完善家长教育政策、引领家长角色重塑。From the perspective of role theory,it is found that parents’role cognition,role behavior and role learning all deviate from the role requirements in ideal family education in actual situation.In this regard,it is necessary to combine the problem characterization of the role of parents in family education to explore the ways to change the role of parents,so as to realize reshaping the role of parental education.In terms of the role cognition of parents,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of parents’roles and change the concept of family education.In terms of role behavior,it is necessary to regulate the public opinion environment and improve the role evaluation of parents.In terms of role learning,it is necessary to build parental education courses and connect parents’learning paths.In terms of role norms,it is necessary to improve parental education policies and lead the reshaping of parents’roles.
