摘 要:食品科学与工程类本科专业培养的专业人才,大多从事与人们一日三餐和健康相关的食品制作的工作,加强职业道德教育,对确保食品质量安全和人民饮食健康具有重要意义。为了更好地促进职业道德教育与专业知识和技能培养的结合,通过分析职业道德教育同食品科学与工程类本科人才培养的重要性,建议相关高校在专业定位、培养目标、毕业要求等重要教学环节,设置职业道德要求,并通过观测达成情况持续改进。以期通过教学过程设计和教学实施,培养出不仅具有过硬的专业本领,而且具备较强的职业操守、人文关怀和社会责任感的高素质应用型人才。The talents in food science and engineering majors are engaged in manufacturing foods,which is highly related to people’s daily meals and health.Strengthening professional ethics education is very important to ensure food quality and safety and people’s dietary health.In order to better promote the combination of professional ethics education and professional knowledge or skill training,based on the analysis of the importance of professional ethics education and the training of undergraduate talents in food science and engineering majors,this paper suggests that relevant colleges and universities should set professional ethics requirements in professional positioning,training objectives,graduation requirements,and other training sections,and continuously improve the training effects through observation.It’s hoped that this cultivation process,will nurture high-quality applied talents,who owns not only excellent professional skills,but also strong professional ethics,humanistic care and social responsibility.
