摘 要:食品能维持人类的日常生活与身体健康,随着经济水平的提高,人们对食品质量提出的要求越来越高,食品安全问题开始受到社会的广泛关注。中华美食文化博大精深,中式烹饪也根据不同地理条件与人们生活习惯的变化体现出明显区别,我国人们通过烹饪的手段创造出众多中式美食,这些食物不仅在当地受到欢迎,也在世界各区域得到人们的喜爱。为了进一步加强中式烹饪食品安全、提高食品质量,本文结合中式烹饪原理与影响中式烹饪食品安全的因素,分析了避免出现食品安全问题的方法,以供参考。Food can maintain people’s daily life and health.With the improvement of economic level,people put forward higher and higher requirements for food quality,and food safety issues have begun to be widely concerned by society.Chinese cuisine culture is extensive and profound,and Chinese cooking is obviously different from the changes of people’s living habits according to different geographical conditions.Chinese people have created many Chinese cuisines through cooking,which are not only popular locally,but also loved by people in various regions of the world.In order to further strengthen Chinese cooking food safety and improve food quality,this paper analyzes the methods to avoid food safety problems based on Chinese cooking principles and factors affecting Chinese cooking food safety for reference.
