高校参与学习型城市建设的动力影响因素——基于扎根理论的研究

摘　　要：选取“上海经验”为样本,运用扎根理论针对评价缺位导致高校参与学习型城市建设动力不足的问题开展研究设计,基于利益相关者的深度访谈文本,依次经过开放编码、主轴编码、选择编码等四个阶段,提取出了高校参与学习型城市建设的动力影响因素,并通过了理论饱和度检验。最终抽象出了30个概念,7个范畴和2个主范畴,形成了高校参与学习型城市建设的动力影响因素模型,并对主范畴、范畴和概念等影响因素及相互间逻辑关系进行了分析。Using the Shanghai experience as a sample,this study employs grounded theory to investigate the problem of insufficient motivation for universities to participate in learning-oriented city construction due to the lack of evaluation.Based on the in-depth interview texts of stakeholders,the research uses open coding,axial coding,and selective coding.It extracts the factors affecting the motivation of universities to participate in learning-oriented city construction,and has made the theoretical saturation testing.Finally,51 concepts,9 categories,and 3 main categories are abstracted to form a model of the factors affecting the motivation of universities to participate in learning-oriented city construction,and the influencing factors and logical relationships between the main categories,categories,and concepts are analyzed.
