摘  要:我国老龄化程度不断加深,老年教育作为缓解老龄化的重要工具应受到学界重视。经调查发现,我国老年教育存在教育目的不明确、参与人群精英化、内容与形式难以满足学习者需求等问题。哲学是教育研究的重要组成部分,以哲学的视角对老年教育的目的、意义、特点等方面进行深度研究。林德曼是美国进步主义成人教育哲学代表人物之一,其代表作《成人教育的意义》具有前瞻性。据此,以林德曼的成人教育哲学思想为研究基础,探寻老年教育的本质与目的、发掘老年教育的特点、明确老年教育的意义。以期在林德曼哲学思想的指导下,探寻老年教育的应然之举,从促进我国老年教育个人本位论与社会本位论和谐共生、力促参与主体从精英化到大众化、推进内容与形式多元化三个角度,满足我国老年群体和社会的需要。With the deepening of aging in China,elderly education,as an important tool to alleviate aging,should be valued by the academic community.However,investigations have revealed problems such as unclear educational purposes,elite participation,and contents and forms that do not meet the needs of learners.Philosophy is an important part of educational research,and a deep study of the purpose,significance,and characteristics of elderly education from a philosophical perspective is necessary.Lindeman is one of the representatives of progressive adult education philosophy in the United States,and his representative work The Meaning of Adult Education is forward-looking.Based on Lindeman's philosophy of adult education,this study explores the essence and purpose of elderly education,discovers its characteristics,and clarifies its significance.Under the guidance of Lindeman's philosophy,this study aims to explore the necessity of elderly education in China,improve its harmonious coexistence of individualism and socialization,promote the transition of participation subjects from elites to the masses,and facilitate the diversification of content and form.
