摘  要:牡丹是我国重要的出口花卉。近年来,牡丹产业发展迅速,在生产或加工过程中产生大量的副产物,因缺乏有效利用途径,牡丹副产物的利用率极低甚至被废弃,造成资源浪费与环境污染。本文对牡丹叶、牡丹果荚、牡丹种皮及牡丹籽粕等牡丹副产物应用现状进行了概述,分析了影响牡丹副产物综合利用的因素,并提出了提高牡丹副产物附加值的建议,为牡丹全产业链的发展提供参考。Peony is an important export flower in China.In recent years,the peony industry has developed rapidly,and a large number of by-products are produced during the production or processing.Due to the lack of effective utilization,the utilization rate of peony by-products is extremely low or even abandoned,resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution.The studies on peony by-products(peony leaves,peony pods,peony seed coats and peony seed meal)were summarized in the paper,the influence factors affecting the comprehensive utilization of peony by-products were analyzed,and suggestions on increasing the additional value of peony by-products were put forward.This paper could provide reference for the development of the whole peony industrial chain.
