高校经贸类专业嵌入式实践教学改革路径探析与应用——以山东财经大学为例

摘　　要：嵌入式实践教学作为一种新型教学模式,对于在传统的高校人才培养模式下提升学生的实践应用能力以及有效促进课程与专业的应用化建设具有较好的成效。以山东财经大学经贸类专业作为研究与教学改革对象,通过对试点课程嵌入实践教学模块并对课程大纲与教学方法进行合理化重构与优化,发现嵌入式实践教学模式的运用有利于学生的综合素质以及职业素养的培养,同时对于专业教师的授课视野与技能的拓展以及课程体系的应用价值提升皆具有积极作用。在未来对于嵌入式实践教学模式的研究中,进一步深入探究嵌入式实践教学模式的逻辑结构与技术内涵,开阔其研究视野以及推广适用范围,增强其专业针对性与产业发展衔接性,将对高校人才培养和教学模式改革发挥重要作用。As a new teaching mode,embedded practical teaching has good effect on improving students'practical application ability and effectively promoting the application construction of courses and majors under the traditional talent training mode in colleges and universities.This research takes Shandong University of Finance and Economics as the object of research and teaching reform.By embedding the practical teaching module into the pilot courses,it is found that the application of this teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and professional quality.At the same time,it has a positive effect on the expansion of professional teachers'teaching vision and skills and the improvement of the application value of the curriculum system.In the future research on the embedded practical teaching mode,further exploring the logical structure and technical connotation of the embedded practical teaching mode,as well as enhancing its professional pertinence and industrial development will play an important role in the teaching mode reform of colleges and universities.
