摘　　要：对于高职院校眼视光技术专业的双导师团队的建设,要将眼视光行业特点、高职教育特点、双导师特点作为基础与原则,建设双导师团队。通过校企合作的途径建立双主体教育模式,制定管理与考核等规章制度,使其能够在双导师建设中起到有效的指导作用。本文围绕高职院校眼视光技术专业现代学徒制双导师团队建设方法展开探讨。For the construction of dual tutor team of optometry technology majors in higher vocational colleges and universities,the characteristics of optometry industry,higher vocational education and dual tutors should be taken as the basis and principle to build the dual tutor team.Through the way of school-enterprise cooperation,the dual-subject education mode was established and the management and assessment and other rules and regulations were formulated so that they can play an effective guiding role in the construction of dual tutors.This paper discusses the construction method of modern apprenticeship dual tutor team of optometry technology in higher education institutions.
