摘　　要：技工院校汽车专业一体化师资队伍建设对培养汽车生产制造和技术服务类高技能人才意义重大。本文从一体化师资的评定标准入手,分析技工院校汽车专业一体化师资队伍存在的问题和产生的原因,提出解决办法,为建设高水平汽车专业一体化师资队伍提供借鉴方法。The construction of the integrated faculty of automobile majors in technical colleges is of great significance to cultivate high-skilled talents in automobile manufacturing and technical services.Starting from the evaluation standards of integrated teachers,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the integration of automotive professional teachers in technical colleges,and proposes solutions to provide reference methods for the construction of high-level automotive professional integration teachers.
