摘　　要：食品理化检测技术课程是食品类专业的基础课程之一,本文分析了传统实验课程教学存在的问题,对实验课程进行改革探索,提高教学效果,提升学生食品检验分析综合能力。The course of Food Physical and Chemical Detection Technology is one of the basic courses of food specialty.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional experimental course teaching and explores the reform of the experimental course,which has reached the goal of improving the teaching effect and improving the students comprehensive ability of food inspection and analysis.
