摘 要:培养拔尖创新人才已上升为新时代的国家战略,然而对于相关师资的准入、能力要求及培养路径等还缺乏整体性的研究与系统化的设计。国际上关于拔尖创新人才师资,即资优教育教师的培养已经积累了较为丰富的经验,如建立资优教育师资的资格证制度,形成较为完善的资优教育教师专业要求,以及通过层次丰富的教师教育课程来培养资优教育师资。借鉴国际经验,我国也需要开展本土化研究,推出相关的教师教育政策与举措,系统持续地推进拔尖创新人才的培养。Top-notch innovative talents cultivation has become a national strategy in the new era,but there is still a lack of systematic research and design on the access,ability requirements and training paths of teachers.Some countries have accumulated rich experience in cultivating teachers for topnotch innovative talents,or say gifted education teachers,such as the establishment of a qualification system for gifted education teachers,the formation of relatively complete professional requirements for gifted education teachers,and the training of gifted education teachers through a system of varied levels of teacher education courses.Drawing on international experience,this paper argues that we need more situated empirical researches,and thus formulate relevant teacher education policies and measures as soon as possible,for the sake of systematic cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
