摘　　要：近年来,突出实践性成为世界各国教师教育改革的共同趋势。日本山梨大学的实践力培养方案在此方面尤显特色。该方案以培养师范生灵活变通、自由应对的教育实践能力为核心,促使他们顺利地向教师角色转变。本文以山梨大学为例,探讨了日本大学师范生教育实践能力的培养模式及特点,并分析了其在弹性的实践规范、开放的实践平台与自我建构的实践范式方面给予我国教师培养模式改革的启示。The practical orientation in teacher education reform has been more and more prominent.The program of Yamanashi University is particularly distinctive on practical guidance capability-training.Especially students can respond flexibility according to the teaching needs.The paper study on the case of Yamanashi University,analyzing on Japanese teacher-training model and feature,summing up the flexible practice standards,open practice platform and self-construction practice paradigm of revelation to reform of Chinese teacher-training model.
