摘  要:目的研究融入课程思政内容的以案例为基础的教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)联合以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在本科中西医结合内科学课程中的教学效果。方法此研究以中西医结合内科学循环系统疾病章节6次教学内容为例,对学生采用CBL联合PBL教学法,并将思政教育融入其中,课后进行问卷调查。结果60份问卷显示,绝大多数学生对该教学法满意,认为能提高学习效率和兴趣,有助掌握理论知识,提高自主学习能力和临床诊疗思维。结论融入课程思政内容的CBL联合PBL教学法在中西医结合内科学循环系统章节教学中取得了良好教学效果,可能会成为中西医结合内科学的一种新教学方法。Objective To explore teaching effect of the new teaching method of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)on undergraduate teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods This study takes 6 teaching sessions on diseases of circulatory system in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.With the ideological and political content of the course into the teaching process,the CBL combined with PBL teaching method was applied to students.After each lecture,students were investigated by questionnaire.Results 60 questionnaires showed that the majority of students expressed satisfaction with this teaching method.It is believed that it may improve learning efficiency and interest,benefit to grasp theoretical knowledge and improve autonomous learning ability and thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The CBL combined PBL teaching method,which integrates ideological and political content of the course,has achieved good teaching results in teaching of internal medicine circulatory system.It may become a new teaching method of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
