摘 要:行业企业参与高职教育质量评价,有利于减弱高职院校和企业双方信息的不对称,减少高职院校资产的专用性,促进其人才培养链的延伸,提高企业招聘质量,增加高职学生面向行业就业的竞争力。行业企业参与高职教育质量评价的常态化理念尚未确立,制度规定指向不明,信息反馈滞后,平台功能发挥不足,激励结构不够健全。建议尽快落实新《职业教育法》精神,树立多元参与的高职教育质量评价观;补充制度内容,协商形成行业企业参与评价的事项清单;完善参与平台,提高行业企业参与评价的确定性与频率;强化过程评价机制,确保行业企业参与评价的及时性;优化激励结构,充分保障行业企业参与评价中的权益共享。Under the background of the revision of the Vocational Education Law,based on the view of transaction cost theory,the participation of industry organizations and enterprises in the quality evaluation of higher vocational education is beneficial to reduce the asymmetry of information between higher vocational col⁃leges and enterprises,to reduce the specificity of assets of higher vocational colleges,to promote the extension of the talent cultivation chain of higher vocational colleges,to improve the quality of enterprises’recruitment,and to increase the competitiveness of students for industry employment.However,the concept of normalized evaluation is not established;the direction of institutional supply is unclear;the feedback is indirect and after⁃thought;the platform function is insufficient,and the incentive structure is not perfect.It suggests forming a view of multi-participation for higher vocational education quality evaluation to follow the spirit of the new Vo⁃cational Education Law,supplementing the content of institutions to develop a list of items for industry organiza⁃tions and enterprises participating in the quality evaluation,improving the participation platform to enhance the certainty and frequency of participation in evaluation,strengthening the process evaluation mechanism to en⁃sure the timeliness of industry organizations and enterprises'participation in evaluation,and optimizing the in⁃centive structure to fully guarantee the rights and interests to participate in the evaluation.
