摘　　要：普通高中学生综合素质评价是对学生素质的全方位评价,具有为高校招生提供参考与引导高中教育的双重价值。美国近年兴起的素养成绩单评价模式使用电子交互平台,真实、全面、立体地记录学生的成长,展示学生进步过程和素养发展水平;它通过改变传统高中生成绩单做法,推动美国高中教育和大学招生方式变革。借鉴美国素养成绩单评价模式的经验,我国综合素质评价改革要明确其育人价值,将过程性评价作为主要评价方式,发挥高校在招生录取中的主体性作用,加强综合评价结果在高校招生中的应用。The comprehensive quality evaluation of high school students is an all-round evaluation of students'quality,which has the dual value of providing a reference for college enrollment and guiding high school education.The Mastery Transcript Model that has emerged in the United States in recent years uses interactive electronic platforms to truthfully,comprehensively,and stereoscopically record students'growth process,showcasing their progress and level of literacy development.It has promoted the transformation of high school education and university enrollment methods in the United States by changing the traditional transcript evaluation model for high school students.Drawing on the experience of the Mastery Transcript Model,the reform of comprehensive quality evaluation should first clarify its educational value;Secondly,make process evaluation the main method;Thirdly,give full play to the subjectivity role of universities in enrollment and admission;Finally,strengthen the application of evaluation results in college enrollment.
