摘 要:目前,一些高职院校校本课程内容和相关产业发展要求的必备技能要求不太匹配,现行高职院校校本课程难以提供学生适性发展的核心能力。高职院校校本课程发展的成功与否,将直接影响到高职院校课程的质量与实施成效。高职院校校本课程发展受人员、学校、资源等多方面因素的影响,应加强利用校内外资源,制定符合需求的高职院校校本课程评价指标,进而提升高职院校校本课程发展的质量。With the economic and social progress,the development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges is no longer in line with the human structure and quality required by the current knowledge intensive industry,and the current school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges is difficult to provide students with the core ability of adaptive development.The success of school-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the quality and implementation of curriculum in higher vocational colleges.The development of school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges is affected by personnel,schools,resources and other factors.Vocational colleges should strengthen the utilization of internal and external resources,develop evaluation indicators that meet the needs of vocational colleges′school-based curriculum,and thereby improve the quality of the development of vocational colleges′school-based curriculum.
