摘 要:在人工智能时代,高质量教育体系建设对于高校育人方式提出了全新的要求,人机协同育人正是为破解教育数字化转型中高校育人面临的问题而产生的一种新的育人模式。人机协同育人从育人观、教育管理、教育评价、课程与教学等四个方面确立了高校育人方式变革的思路。通过健全“教、学、管、评、测”一体化治理模式、开发与建设新型智慧课堂、提升师生人工智能素养、正视人机协同育人中的伦理问题,推进高校人机协同育人的有效落实,助力高校高质量发展。In the era of artificial intelligence,high quality development has put forward new requirements for the way of education in colleges and universities.Man-machine collaborative education is a new mode of education in order to solve the problems faced by college education in the digital transformation of education.Man-machine collaborative education establishes the reform of education mode from four aspects:education concept,education management,education evaluation,curriculum and teaching.Through improving the integrated governance model of“teaching,learning,management,evaluation and testing”,developing and constructing new smart classrooms,improving the artificial intelligence literacy of teachers and students,and facing the ethical issues in human-machine col-laborative education,the effective implementation of human-machine collaborative education in colleges and universities will be pro-moted to facilitate the high-quality development of colleges and universities.
