摘　　要：实验室是高校开展实验教学、科学研究、科创竞赛、社会服务和人才培养的重要场所,是实施素质教育、激发学生创新精神与提高实践能力的重要平台,也是高校立德树人的重要基地。在立德树人的背景下,为进一步拓展育人空间,深度挖掘高校实验室资源与功能优势,发挥实验技术教师的能力和水平,探索高校实验室育人平台的构建模式,全面提升实验室的育人功能,形成实验室“三全育人”新格局,成为高校内涵式发展和提升大学治理能力的必然要求。Laboratory is an important place for universities to carry out experimental teaching,scientific research,scientific innovation competition,social service and personnel training;it is an important platform for implementing quality education,stimulating students'innovative spirit and improving practical ability;it is also an important base for universities to establish morality and cultivate talents.Under the background of establishing moral integrity in cultivation,in order to further expand the educational space,deeply explore the advantages of laboratory resources and functions in universities,give full play to the ability and level of experimental teachers,and explore the creation mode of laboratory education platform in colleges and universities,it is an inevitable requirement for the connotative development of colleges and universities to comprehensively improve the educational function of laboratories and form a new pattern of three-in-one education in laboratories.
