摘　　要：实践教学是思政课的重要教学环节,与课堂教学共同实现育人目标。成人学生因工学矛盾没连续时间开展集中活动,但单位人的身份让他们拥有切身感受的沉浸式教学环境;社会人的身份使他们对活动的感知更真、感悟更深。为此,研究借鉴“全景式”教学理念,结合成人学生实情、课程特点和地方实际,构建了一个目标明确、操作系统、针对性强的实践教学路径,并经过一定时期的试验证实,“多维立体”的思政课实践教学路径符合成人学生特点及需求。Practical teaching is an important part of ideological and political course to achieve the goal of educating people together with classroom teaching.Due to the contradiction between work and study,adult students do not have enough time to carry out collective activities,but the identity of the unit person allows them to have an immersive learning environment with personal feelings;the identity of social people makes their perception of activities truer and deeper.Through investigations and experiments,learning from the“panoramic”teaching concept and combined with the actual situation of adult students,curriculum characteristics and local reality,“multi-dimensional”practical teaching path of ideological and political course for adult students is formed,which is focused,systematic and strongly targeted.
