摘　　要：伴随着现代经济的快速发展,我国产业结构与之前相比得到了进一步调整和优化,社会对人才也提出了更高的要求。本科层次职业教育应当紧跟时代发展的趋势,培养符合市场需求的高素质综合应用型人才。然而,现阶段一些专科职业院校却将重心放在了升级本科层次院校方面,未能突出自身的办学定位与发展思路。专科职业院校应当注重结合地区经济发展的现况、明确职业教育应有的人才培养方向、深入探讨不同专业应用创新型人才培养的方案和策略,以期通过这些举措推动社会整体的经济发展。With t he r apid d evelopment o f m odern e conomy,t he i ndustrial s tructure o f C hina h as b een f urther a djusted a nd optimized compared with before.Higher requirements for talents are put forward in society.Vocational education at the undergraduate level should closely follow the trend of the times development and cultivate high quality comprehensive application talents conforming to the market demand.At present,some vocational colleges focus on upgrading to undergraduate level colleges,but they fail to highlight their own orientation and development ideas.They should pay attention to combine with the current situation of regional economic development,clarify the talent training direction of vocational education,and deeply explore the program and strategy of training innovative talents in different specialties,which is conducive to promoting the economic development of the whole society.
