摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法同时测定甘草中甜蜜素、糖精钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜等6种人工合成甜味剂。方法HPLC采用Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,3μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸5 mmol·L^(-1)甲酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量0.30 mL·min^(-1),进样量5μL;质谱采用电喷雾离子源、负离子模式采集,通过多反应监测同时对甘草中6种人工合成甜味剂进行定量分析。结果甘草中甜蜜素、糖精钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜等的线性范围分别为10.899~435.96、11.18~447.2、10.0~400.0、11.352~454.08、10.88~435.2、10.172~406.88 ng·mL^(-1)(r分别为0.9986、0.9991、0.9975、0.9992、0.9971、0.9989),平均回收率为102.54%~113.66%,RSD为1.75%~3.11%(n=6)。结论所用方法快速、高效,灵敏度高、专属性好,可应用于甘草中人工合成甜味剂的鉴别。OBJECTIVE To simultaneously determine cypress,saccharin sodium,acesulfamine,aspartame,alidame and neotame in Glycyrrhizae Radix by ULTRA performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field Orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry.METHODS HPLC was performed on Hypersil GOLD C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,3μm)with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid 5 mmol·L^(-1) ammonium formate solution,gradient elution,volume flow of 0.30 mL·min^(-1),sample volume of 5μL.Six artificial sweeteners in G.Radix were quantitatively analyzed simultaneously by multiple reaction monitoring.RESULTS The linear ranges of cycetin,saccharin sodium,acesulmine,aspartame,alidame and neutame were 10.899-435.96,11.18-447.2,10.0-400.0,11.352-454.08,10.88-435.2,10.172-406.88 ng·mL^(-1)(r=0.9986,0.9991,0.9975,0.9992,0.9971 and 0.9989),respectively.The average recoveries were 102.54%-113.66%,with RSD 1.75%-3.11%(n=6).CONCLUSION The established method is rapid,efficient,sensitive and specific,and can be applied to the identification of artificial sweeteners in G.Radix.
