摘  要:比较不同贮存年限茯砖茶多糖的抗氧化及免疫特性,为适饮时间提供更合理有效的依据。以五种不同贮存年限的茯砖茶为研究材料,用水提法提取茶多糖,对茯砖茶多糖的体外抗氧化、细胞抗氧化能力及对细胞的免疫刺激作用进行测定,进而比较不同贮存年限茯砖茶多糖的生物活性差异。茯砖茶可溶性多糖含量为3.2%-3.9%,产率随储存年限延长逐渐升高;茯砖茶多糖在不同抗氧化体系下均具有较强的自由基清除能力、显著的细胞抗氧化能力并呈现剂量依赖性,五种多糖均对细胞具有免疫刺激作用。不同贮存年限的茯砖茶多糖的抗氧化能力及免疫特性均呈现先增后减的趋势,其中贮存三年的茯砖茶效果最好,可以作为适饮时间的参考指标。The study was designed to evaluate the antioxidative and immunomodulatory of polysaccharide fractions from Fuzhuan brick-tea at different storage periods and provided basis for optimal drinking time of Fuzhuan bricktea.Polysaccharides extracted from Fuzhuan brick-tea(FPS)at different storage stages were obtained by aqueous extraction.The polysaccharides antioxidant activity and immunomodulatory activities were investigated.Bioactive differences of polysaccharides from five Fuzhuan brick-teas were compared.The results demonstrated that the production of soluble polysaccharides from Fuzhuan brick-tea was 3.2%-3.9%,and it increased with storage years.FPS had significant radical scavenging activity and cell antioxidative property in a dose dependent manner and all enhanced immunomodulatory activities.Fuzhuan brick-tea with three years storage showed the best effects.A trend was revealed that the antioxidative and immunomodulatory properties of FPS polysaccharides firstly increased and then decreased.It can be a reference for optimal drinking time of FPS.
