摘  要:进入新时代,劳动教育被赋予了新的使命,在“五育并举”教育体系中发挥着基础性的作用,因此,要从思想演进、价值审视和实践指引等三个向度重新诠释高校开展劳动教育的重要意义。从思想向度看,劳动教育思想可以追溯至《庄子》对劳动及劳动者的描述所蕴含的劳动哲学思想,随着马克思主义中国化的发展,劳动教育思想得到不断完善并趋于成熟,形成了以习近平关于劳动的重要论述为标志的新时代劳动教育思想体系;从价值向度看,劳动教育既具有教育的价值共性,又有自身独特的育人价值、文化价值和时代价值;从实践向度看,应建立顺应新时代需求的劳动教育制度和内容丰富的课程体系,并构建适应当前高等教育发展需要的育人效果评价体系,以充分发挥劳动教育在“五育并举”教育体系中的基础性作用和教育价值。In the new era,labor education has been given a new mission and plays a fundamental role in the“simultaneous development of five education”system.Therefore,we should reinterpret the significance of carrying out labor education in colleges and universities from the three dimensions of ideological evolution,value review and practice.From the perspective of ideological evolution,the labor education thought can be traced back to the labor philosophical thought contained in the description of labor and workers in Zhuangzi,with the process of Sinicization of Marxism,the labor education thought has been constantly improved and tends to mature,which has formed a new era labor education ideological system marked by Xi Jinping important statement on labor.From the perspective of value theory,labor education not only has the common value of education,but also has its own unique educational value,cultural value and era value;From the perspective of educational practice,we should establish labor education implementation system that meets the needs of the new era and a labor education curriculum system with rich content,and construct an education effect evaluation system that meets the needs of the current development of higher education,so as to give full play to the basic role and educational value of labor education in the“simultaneous development of five educations”system.
