混合教学模式在商务英语教学创新中的应用

摘　　要：随着社会进步的日益突出,国家对优秀人才的需求也不断提高,传统教育模式下的学生已经不能满足国家和社会对人才的需求。因此,各大高校对教育模式也进行了改革创新。商务英语课程建设旨在培养兼具英语学习能力和跨文化交际能力的应用型人才,而"线上+线下"混合教学模式是在保留原本商务英语教学方式的基础上,融入互联网教学,即在传统的商务英语课堂上增加多媒体的合理运用,同时实现线上教师为学生答疑解惑、构建资源学习平台等。文章首先分析了商务教学模式的现状及存在的问题,然后阐述了实施"线上+线下"混合教学模式的必要性,最后介绍了实施"线上+线下"混合教学模式的具体措施。With the rapid progress of society,the requirements for outstanding talents has become increasingly strict.Students under the traditional education model can no longer meet the needs of the country and society.Therefore,the education model of universities should be reformed and innovated.Business English courses aims to cultivate applied talents with both English learning ability and cross-cultural communication ability,while the"online+offline"blended teaching mode achieves the integration of online teaching on the basis of retaining the traditional Business English teaching method.That is adding the reasonable usage of multimedia in the traditional Business English classroom.At the same time,it realizes teachers'answering questions for the students on the Internet and building a resource learning platform.This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Business English teaching mode,then expounds the necessity of implementing the"online+offline"blended teaching model.Finally,it introduces the specific measures for implementing the"online+offline"blended teaching mode.
