摘 要:黄炎培职业教育思想体系有关职业素养观的论述对于我国职业教育中人才素养的培养起到了重要的指导作用,其“三才并生,缺一不可”“敬业乐群”的职业素养理念深入人心。职业院校从领导到教师要树立全方位培养学生职业素养的意识,提高教师职业素养教学水平。在中国特色学徒制中实践中,学生在企业导师和学校教师的共同指导下,在岗位工作中强化有效沟通和交流能力、提升自主学习和反思能力。同时,校企双方共同建立科学有效的全方位职业素养考核体系,培养具有爱岗敬业的职业道德、团结协作的合作意识、终身学习的乐学精神和无私奉献社会责任感的优秀建设者。The illustration of vocational professionalism from ideological system of vocational education by HUANG Yan-pei has played a guiding role in the professionalism cultivation of Chinese vocational education,whose concepts of“The coexistence of three talents are indispensable”and“Study diligently and benefit by the company of friends”have been widely accepted by people.Both leaders and teachers in vocational colleges should have the conception of comprehensively cultivating students’professionalism and improving teaching level for professionalism.In the practice of apprenticeship of Chinese characteristic,guided by company instructors and teachers,students strengthen the abilities of effective communication,selflearning and introspection.Meanwhile,companies and colleges together should set up a scientific and effective overall evaluation system to cultivate professionalism of work ethics,team spirits,lifetime learning,and selfless dedication to the society.
