摘 要:当前普遍实施的以课程内容为导向的老年教育艺术类课程教学实践,存在教学目标与学员需求错位、课程实施的成果化和评价标准落实不足、成果展示平台单一等问题,制约了课程教学质量的提升。基于OBE理念的“学—练—展”教学模式,设定以作品为教学成果,以达到作品的展、演、赛水平为目标,通过为老年学员提供线上线下的多元交流平台,支持其成果参与展示演出或竞赛活动,从而促进老年学员个人价值和社会价值的实现,挖掘老年教育艺术类课程良性发展的增长点。该模式对于激发学员学习热情、规范教学过程实施、促进教学成果交流和提升课程教学质量等方面作用明显。Currently,there are some problems that restrict the improvement of curriculum teaching quality,including misalignment of teaching objectives and students'needs,insufficient implementation of curriculum outcomes and evaluation standards,and single achievement display platform.Based on the concept of OBE,the teaching mode of"learning-training-exhibition"is set to take works as teaching achievements and aims to achieve the level of exhibition,performance and competition of works.By providing multiple online and offline communication platforms for the elderly students and supporting their achievements to participate in exhibition,performance or competition activities,the realization and expansion of the personal value and social value of the elderly students are promoted and the growth point of the healthy development of art courses in education for the aged are explored.This model has an obvious promoting effect on stimulating students'enthusiasm for learning,standardizing the implementation of teaching process,enriching the exchange of teaching results and improving the quality of course teaching.
