高质量发展视域下职业教育课程适应性提升策略

摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代职业教育发展的首要任务。在这个发展过程中,学习者的多样性、需求的个性化对职业教育课程建设提出了挑战。增强职业教育课程的适应性成为首先要解决的问题。首先梳理了职业教育课程研究脉络,对其适应性的内涵进行了分析,然后运用“产岗人课”适配模型对提升课程的适应性途径进行了探索,最后提出了职业教育课程适应性四个提升策略,即与高质量发展吻合的高职课程开发策略、与岗位人才需求契合的课程内容构建策略、与岗位要求高度耦合的高职课程实施策略、与培养目标匹配的高职课程质量评价策略。High quality development is the primary task for the development of vocational education in the new era.In this process,the diversity of learners and personalized needs have posed challenges to the construction of vocational curriculum.Enhancing the adaptability of vocational courses has become the first issue to be addressed.Firstly,the research context of vocational curriculum is sorted out,and the connotation of its adaptability is analyzed.Then,the“industry-job-person-course”adaptation model is used to explore ways to improve the adaptability.Finally,four strategies are proposed to enhance the adaptability,namely the development strategy consistent with high-quality development,the construction strategy of curriculum content consistent with the needs of job talents,the implementation strategy highly coupled with job requirements,and the quality evaluation strategy matching training objectives.
