摘　　要：“双元制”职业教育模式的形成是德国政治、经济、文化、教育等多种因素综合作用的结果,已实现了从职业教育领域向普通高等教育领域的横向拓展。“双元制”在德国乃至世界范围内产生了深远的影响,具有鲜明的内在效应、经济效应、社会效应和国际效应。借鉴德国“双元制”模式的发展经验,构建具有中国特色的职业教育模式并“走出去”,是当前和今后一个时期我国职业教育发展的重大战略任务。为此,我国在学习借鉴、吸收内化、实践创新中对职业教育模式不断探寻,实现从一元到多元、从分散到整合的发展转变。The formation of the“dual system”vocational education model is the result of the comprehensive effect of German politics,economy,culture,education and other factors,which has realized the horizontal expansion from the field of vocational education to the field of general higher education.The“dual system”has had a profound impact in Germany and even in the world,with distinct internal effects,economic effects,social effects and international effects.By learning from the development experience of the“dual system”in Germany,building a vocational education model with Chinese characteristics and“going global”is a major strategic task for the development of vocational education in China at present and in the future.China has been constantly exploring the vocational education model in the process of learning,absorbing,internalizing,and practicing innovation,achieving a vocational educationmodel that ranges from monism toliversity,and from decentralizationto integration.
