摘　　要：高校思政课青年教师知识视野包括马克思主义理论、哲学社会科学与自然科学、时事政治和教育教学等知识,有助于提高教师影响力、增强学生获得感、提升课堂吸引力。基于教师的马克思主义理论知识有待深化、哲学社会科学知识与自然科学知识有待延展、时事政治知识亟待推进、教育教学知识尚待丰富的现状,教师拓宽知识视野应立足课程制高点以增强拓宽知识视野的责任、研究学理规律以掌握拓宽知识视野的规律、依托教学实践以增创拓宽知识视野的契机和借助外在势能以积聚拓宽知识视野的动力。The knowledge vision of young teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities includes the knowledge of Marxist theory,philosophy and social science and natural science,current affairs and politics,education and teaching and so on.It can help teachers improve their influence,make their classes more attractive and let students have more sense of gain.Based on the current situation where the Marxist theoretical knowledge of teachers needs to be deepened,the knowledge of philosophy and social science and natural science needs to be extended,the knowledge of current affairs and politics needs to be promoted urgently,and the knowledge of education and teaching needs to be enriched,teachers should be based on the commanding heights of the curriculum to enhance the responsibility,study the law of theory to master the rules,rely on teaching practice to create opportunities,and with the help of external potential energy to accumulate the power of expanding the horizon of knowledge.
