摘　　要：依据黄山学院应用型人才培养方案,开展食品微生物学课程课堂教学自主改革,营造以学生为中心的教学氛围,通过梳理问题,自主教学,建立目标明确的课程主题引导教学方案,做到教学规范有序,实验技能够用,构建食品微生物学课程应用型实践体系,实现课程教学学生受益,教学效果良好提升。According to the cultivation plan of application-oriented talents of Huangshan University,independent reform of classroom teaching of Food Microbiology was carried out to create a student-centered teaching atmosphere.Through sorting out problems and independent teaching,a curriculum theme with clear goals which guides teaching plan was constructed,so as to achieve standardized and orderly teaching,acquire sufficient experimental skills,build an applied practice system of Food Microbiology,realize the benefit of students in curriculum teaching,and improve the teaching effect.
